Self-Rescue® Infant Water Survival Training
CHILDREN 6 MONTHS TO 18 MONTHS OLD
Duration: 6 weeksInfants are taught the essential skill of rolling onto their back to float, rest, and breathe. This ability helps them remain safely above water until help arrives. These foundational lessons are the first step in water survival training for young children.

Self-Rescue® Swim-Float-Swim Toddlers
CHILDREN 18 MONTHS TO 6 YEARS OLD
Duration: 6 weeksToddlers learn the swim-float-swim sequence: swim with head down, roll onto their back to float and breathe, then flip back to swim toward safety. This method boosts confidence and reinforces key water survival skills.

Skill Refresher Course (For Returning Students)
Duration: 3 Weeks
Refresher lessons are designed for children who have previously completed survival swim training and need a skill boost. These sessions reinforce their ability to float, swim, and self-rescue, ensuring they retain their confidence and water safety skills for years to come.
